Before conquering Europe, Carlo Ancelotti began his career at Parma. With a young and ambitious team, he led the club to 2nd place in Serie A and Champions League qualification. Your challenge is to recreate this rise: turn Parma into a competitive outsider and restore their European status.
Objectives
- Establish Parma in Serie A top 10 by 2nd season
- Secure top 6 finish by 3rd season
- Qualify for Champions League by 4th season
- Debut at least 1 academy player each season (like Buffon in 95/96)
- Have one of the 5 best defenses in Serie A in any season
Restrictions
- Squad must always have minimum 7 Italian players
- First 2 seasons: cannot sign players over 28 years old
- Prioritize young Italians or academy graduates
- First 3 seasons: cannot spend more than €20M on a single player
